Zimbabwe’s Mike Fokoroni won the 2018 Legends Marathon in East London in 68 km, crossing the finish line in 04:08:34. Fokoroni was followed by Joseph Mphuthi who finished in 04:11:24 and in the 3rd place it was Siya Mqambeli who finished in 04:12:12. Meanwhile in the females section Jennifer Koech of the Nedbannk club clinched the first place in 04:57:09; followed by Lieketseng Molefe in 05:38:34 and Monica Kativhu in 05:42:56. The Chairperson of Road running Border Athletics Thembela Makaula indicated that the event went well.
