South African long distance runner Stephen Mokoka has won his record fourth Two Oceans half marathon after finishing first in 1hour and four minutes flat a slight improvement from last year where he was 16 seconds slower in Cape Town. This was Mokoka’s third consecutive win in this race having first won it in 2009. Coming second was Elroy Gelant in 1 hour, 04 minutes, 4 seconds and third Joel Mmone 1hr, 04mins, 05seconds who had finished second last year.
