People have said this to me in many ways, shapes and forms over the years, but I don't think I really heard the spirit of this message until recently. I've begun an experiment with myself: paying myself first with money, with energy, with nourishment and with enjoyment. The fruits of this have been illuminating and have shown themselves surprisingly quickly.
