The role of museums in serving researchers is increasingly shifting to serving the general public in conserving their history and cultures. By collecting artifacts and other objects of artistic, cultural and historic importance, the general public has been able to trace their cultures, let alone their history and that of others.
In part 2, we visit South Africa’s Constitutional Hill, a site of a fort, which was later used as a prison and presently serving as a Constitutional Court- symbolising the triumph of the human spirit through the journey of the liberation of the majority in South Africa.
