Simon and Sarah from YMCA MK speak to Michael about how the local charity have come through the pandemic, looking at their social enterprises and what they means to YMCA including HomeGround Café. Based on the ground floor of the new YMCA Campus in Central Milton Keynes, HomeGround supports YMCA residents who aspire to take that journey to become a trained barista or chef. HomeGround helps them gain practical work experience and supports them out of temporary accommodation and into a home of their own.
