Energy Minister Gwede Mantashe says South Africans should not act as an Island in a global world. He was responding to a question that was expressing the level of frustration South Africans feel when it comes to the latest challenges of loadshedding in the country. Mantashe was speaking at the signing ceremony with three wind power suppliers in Centurion earlier today. The agreements are part of government's effort to curb the worsening energy crisis which saw the country entering stage 6 loadshedding.
