Transnet says it has tabled a new three year wage offer to all it workers affiliated to both SATAWU and the United National Transport Union. This as wage negotiations remain deadlock despite interventions by government. SATAWU and UNTU members are demanding a wage increase of up to 13 percent while Transnet's latest offer remains between four and five percent. Transnet spokesperson, Ayanda Shezi said the parastatal hoped that the latest wage offer will allow for labour stability.
