Kliptown residents in Soweto say if they had swimming pools in their area the death of two kids aged 13 and 14 could have been avoided. The teenagers were cooling off in the stream over, amid high temperatures being experienced in parts of the country yesterday. We spoke to our reporter Maageketla Mohlabe.
