Members of the ruling ANC, trade union federation COSATU, the SACP and the NGO OUTA, have once again called for the controversial e-tolls to be scrapped. They have marched to the Union Buildings in Pretoria this afternoon. The protest was sparked by Finance Minister Tito Mboweni’s comments who, during his maiden mid-term budget speech last week, insisted that the people of Gauteng have to pay for e-tolls. Our reporter Phumzile Mlangeni is at the march.
