Fears that the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission will not be able to run free and fair elections next month are mounting. Candidates who should have received the voters' roll allegedly still don't have access to it. The country's Electoral Commission says it is facing administrative challenges in availing it to candidates as required by law. But it says the election will go ahead despite any grievances parties may have.
