ICASA says from now on consumers will no longer be billed out of data bundle rates. It also says consumers will be allowed to carry over their data to the next month. Data will no longer expire and be forfeited if not used up at the end of 30 days. This as high cost of data & expiry of data bundles and out-of-bundle business rules applied by network service providers is on the spotlight today.
