As thousands of Zimbabwean nationals around the world expressed their disappointment that President Robert Mugabe did not resign last night, some Zimbabwean nationals at the Beit Bridge border post in Limpopo came out in his defence. In his much awaited national address last night, Mugabe did not resign as was expected by others. He assured the country that he is still in charge. Some Zimbabweans say he should be allowed to finish his term while others are saying he must resign. Some are blaming him of the 1983 Matebeleland mass killing in which thousands of Zimbabweans were killed. Our reporter Rudzani Tshivhase was at the Beitbridge border.
