The South African Revenue Service has confirmed that its suspended second-in-command Jonas Makwakwa will return to work on Wednesday. In September 2016, the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) submitted a report to SARS flagging payments made into Makwakwa and co-worker, Kelly-Ann Elskie's personal bank accounts.
