The bail application of two men accused of the murder of Hillary Gardee has been postponed to the 2nd of September. This comes as police in Mpumalanga have said that they are confident that they will provide the NPA with an expert statement linking the fifth suspect  to the murder case. The suspect was arrested on Tuesday but was later released. The National Prosecuting Authority has provisionally withdrawn the case against the suspect.  Police Spokesperson Selvy Mohlala says the suspect used the deceased's laptop after she was murdered.  Mohlala says the suspect will be subpoenaed once police have submitted the expert statement.
