Counsel for the 5th accused in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial, advocate Zandile Mshololo has brought an application to the High Court in Pretoria over alleged irregularities. This after she received a copy of the second docket which implicates the people who were in the house when Meyiwa was shot in Vosloorus. A decision on the docket will however be made after the current trial has been finalised. Mshololo argues her client would have pleaded differently had they had the docket before the trial began.
