The management at Venetia De Beers Diamond Mine outside Musina in Limpopo is conducting inspections this afternoon after a mine worker died over the weekend. The body of thirty one-year-old Maggie Dimakatso Semata is yet to be retrieved and operations remain suspended. Mine Spokesperson Josephine Peters says the incident happened at the processing section and was caused by a conveyer belt. Our reporter Rudzani Tshivhase is on the story.
