Members of Parliament's Portfolio Committee on Justice have lambasted Public Protector Busi Mkhwebane for not increasing the scope of her Estina Dairy Farm investigation into alleged involvment by political officials. Mkhwebane gave reason that she does not have the power to investigate criminal matters and her office was limited by resources and could not afford a broader investigation.
