The CEO of G9 Consulting, Rajie Murugan says his company's investigation into the relationship between Eskom and Trillian revealed that the two company's contract contravened the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA). The forensic company was appointed by the state-owned entity to investigate allegations of possible irregular payments to Trillian. Murugan told Parliament's Portfolio Committee on Public Enterprises earlier today, that there were missing documents and that some were not signed.
