The Public Service Commission has raised a concern about the high number of vacancies in the public service. The Commission briefed the media on it's quarterly report for the period July to September 2017 in Pretoria today. It has revealed that 55% of the available jobs are at the administrative and operational level. The Commission says this is alarming because service delivery is affected as these public servants service the public directly. Stephen Kirker spoke to the Commissioner of the Public Service Commission Michael Seloane.
