One of the brothers of five year old Michael Komape who drowned inside a pit toilet at Mahlodumela primary school at Chebeng Village in Limpopo, has questioned the motive behind the Basic Education Department's settlement offer which it made to his family only recently. The 23-year old Komape was testifying at the Polokwane High court today where a lawsuit was lodged by his parents in 2014. The family wants compensation for their son's death.
