Deputy nursing manager from Cullinan Care and Rehab Centre, Dikeledi Manaka has told the Life Esidiment hearings that her first duty is to the patients and that she took more patients than the institution could handle because she was instructed to do so. Manaka who often took long pauses before answering questions revealed that she was not present when CCRC patients were transferred to NGOs Siyabadinga and Anchor Centre. Chief Justice Dikgang Moseneke had to keep reminding her that she is under oath.
