Talks between the South African Social Secuirty Agency (SASSA) and the SA Post Office have collapsed and a new procurement process will start next month. This was announced by the Social Services Department in East London this morning. There has been a stalemate over the provision of four services by the Post Office. The parties met with parliament's Standing Committee on Public Accounts last week and another meeting is set for tomorrow.
