Mango Airlines claims that there has been minimal disruptions since flight crew downed tools this morning. Talks between management and the union collapsed yesterday. The flight crew are affiliated to trade union SATAWU and they want an 8.5% wage increase but Mango says it can only give them an increase of 6%. 95% of the pilots at the Airliner are affiliated to SATAWU.
