The Mahikeng High Court is expected to deliver judgement in the case of the ANC's Bojanala region in Rustenburg and the provincial structure this afternoon. The party has appealed an earlier court ruling granting the region an interdict against the sitting of the regional and provincial general councils last month. The region is alleging that some delegates were irregularly excluded from the councils. The Bojanala region is the largest in the province.
