The Democratic Alliance (DA) together with Economic Freedom Fighters and Eskom have reached an agreement that Brian Molefe will not be returning to his position at Eskom pending the Labour court ruling. This follows Molefe's Labour Court application, challenging his dismissal by the Board of the power utility.
