The City of Cape Town has reportedly sent in divers to clean dam floors so that the last 10 percent of usable water may be used. Dam levels are at 21 percent with only eleven percent usable. Stephen Kirker chatted to Sputnik Ratau, spokesperson for the Department of Water and Environmental Affairs.
