The court has ruled that government's decision to serve a notice of withdrawal from the International criminal court without a parliamentary process is invalid and unconstitutional. The DA argued that Justice Minister, Michael Masutha, unlawfully bypassed Parliament when he made the decision and therefore did not act in line with the Constitution. The Department of Justice says it still needs to reflect on the decision of the High Court in Pretoria. Stephen Kirker speaks to Political Reporter Amos Phago
