The High Court in Polokwane has dismissed with costs an application by the Tubatse Municipality to have an execution of municipal property put aside. The municipality owes a contractor, Lufuno Mphaphuli of Mphaphuli Consulting, more than 40 million rand for electrifying villages in the Burgersfort area.
