This afternoon, state witness Luthando Siyoni will be appearing before the Port Elizabeth High Court, in the murder and abduction trial of businessman Christopher Panayiotou- this follows his brief appearance yesterday afternoon. This morning defence counsel argued against the admissability of Siyoni's statements.
