The Department of Correctional Services says Pan Africanist Congress (PAC) stalwart Kenny Motsamai released on parole today after 27 years in prison. Motsamai was arrested in 1989 with three APLA accomplices for armed robbery and murder of traffic officer who witnessed the robbery. Motsamai was sentenced to life for his part in the APLA sanction robbery of a supermarket in Rustenburg. Motsamai has called for a stop to factionalism in the PAC.
