Government and the private sector have decided to establish a 10-billion rand fund to help stimulate economic growth through the empowerment of small business operators. This was announced last night following a meeting chaired by president Jacob Zuma and the Deputy president, Cyril Ramaphosa. The private sector has already pledged 1.5 billion rand to the fund.
