National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) members is working tirelessly to have its 2015 wage demands for the gold and coal sectors ready for tabling before the end of this month. The union's two-day national bargaining conference which ends today, is expected to release details of its consolidated wage and conditions of employment demands. Meanwhile the union has two days to recruit members at the Aquarius Platinum Mine in Rustenburg, or have its offices closed at the mine.
