The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPS) has just made public its new website and e-service functions in a bid to made public access to services and information easier. The commission, whose main functions are registration of companies, co-operatives and Intellectual Property Rights is aimed at simplifying business registration processes, reduce red tape and enhance transparency of companies.
