This upgrade contain only updates for the wrapper, without editor. It's happened because developer was focused on updates for old RTS game which he was developed quite long time ago. Some minor bugs was fixed in the API, and the most important, the wrapper get SetCamera() function. Now, working with the camera will be much easy.
