Each piece responds to a particular variety, fermentation process or brewing variable, turning flavour notes and attributes like acidity, aroma, and aftertaste into frequency response and sonic form. It all began with ‘Pink Bourbon’ - the first track composed and a catalyst for the entire project. What followed was a game of synesthesia: crafting sounds based on taste, using music to translate something as fleeting as a cup into something physical, something that moves. ‘Bourbon’ is not only a techno record but rather a reflection of internal healing process, obsession and how everyday rituals can spark profound creative energy.
