SAfm- The ANC in Gauteng launched its local government election manifesto at the FNB Stadium in Soweto on Saturday. Tough election battles are expected for control over the Tshwane, Johannesburg and Ekurhuleni metros. About 85 000 filled the FNB stadium in Soweto. Gauteng is expected to be hotly contested terrain as the opposition DA and the EFF intensify the campaign to take control of the country's economic powerhouse.
