We talk to Dr Theresa Ruig from Vision Australia this week about an upcoming series of Career Samplers taking place around Australia on the 8th of May, which connects children and young people with mentors to chat about education, employment and life.

Courtney McKee also catches up with Niky Hepi, who talks about the benefits of pottery as a way of keeping mentally active and practicing mindfulness, as well as how she makes her classes accessible for participants who are blind or have low vision.

Later in the show Frances Keyland joins us for a Reader Recommended, and we wrap up with some news and information.
