This week on Talking Vision, Marion Rivers talks about her time as an orthoptist working in Australia and around the world for the best part of 5 decades. She recently received an Australia Day honours award for her services to the field of orthoptics, and she has a chat with Vision Australia orthoptist Nabill Jacob.

Later in the program Stella also catches up with Rowena, a life long horse lover who is saddling up to ride her horse Ice 5000km from Queensland all the way down to Victoria in 2022 in the name of charity, raising vital funds and giving back to the organisations that helped her when she became totally blind later in life.
