Perfection, as we have learned, means maturity or completion. As a born-again believer, we should not be a novice in the basic tenants of Christ and His church (Ephesians 4:11-15; Titus 2:1-9). If we are not growing and maturing in our understanding of basic Christian principles, it is because we are not studying and not applying the word of God to our lives in faith (Hebrews 4:2).
