Unlocking the Pitcher’s Potential: a few mistakes you don’t want to make

I have unfortunately witnessed things throughout the year that in terms of performance and science, can be counter-productive to a pitcher’s development. And while I know that there is never any intent to interfere with a pitcher’s potential, it is really easy to miss some important details.

In this last episode of the 2022 season, I give some food-for-thought on a few issues that warrant awareness on the part of pitchers, coaches, and parents.
