Our co-host, Ben Leiker gives us a brief summary of his master's thesis in the conflict transformation program at the School of International Training in Brattleboro, Vermont. While there, he decided to concentrate in sustainable development and Youth program leadership and design. Within his thesis, he makes a case of what Magdalene Carney Institute's Youth Spiritual Empowerment Program unique.  This is a program that he got to work on while in his master's program and the case study for his thesis.
