If people take advantage of you and you're simply tired of it...you have to learn to say, "No" when you would otherwise say, "Yes," and you have to learn to NOT take "No" for an answer when you're trying to get your needs met. Once you fully understand this concept, it will be very difficult for anyone to take advantage of you.
