A thankful heart is a heart of a worshipper,
There are different types of hearts, we have thankful hearts and unthankful hearts,
The most dangerous heart is an unthankful heart.
A thankful heart recognizes the work of grace and the unthankful heart does not.
The disciples decided they will stay connected because only Jesus speaks words that reveals eternal life.
Stay connected.
Paul said stay connected through rejoicing always, pray without stopping and give thanks in everything while he was in prison,
Stay Connected no matter what is happening around you.
Do not let familiarity get between you and what God wants to do in your life.
Do whatever He Tells You.
Noah heard the Word, built the Word and called everyone to get into the Word to stay ALIVE.
It was a covenant of life!
Water turned into wine.
The ordinary made extraordinary.
The natural becomes supernatural.
The first replaced with the second.
Build on the Rock, that Rock is Jesus,
Build your life on Jesus,
Jesus is the Word and the Word last forever,
Build on what will last forever.
Build your life on God's Word.
We have a responsibility, we must be responsible, we have an obligation to do something.
Start with what you have and start where you are,
There is no excuse.
Jephthah was considered illegitimate due to not meeting social standards.
Unhealthy stereotypes limited his potential,
Jephthah was rejected but did not reject his purpose.
Moses made excuses after excuses to abort the mission but God still chose him.
God will use you regardless of your challenges.
Our excuses cause others to suffer the more.
Gideon looked down upon himself, his family and his tribe but God still chose him.
God needs you with your limitations, weaknesses or shortcomings.
Jeremiah looked down upon himself but God still chose him,
God has plans bigger than how you see yourself.
David was undermined but God still chose him,
His character, devotion and heart to serve caused God to chose David.
Samuel grew in the house of God, learnt to hear God, learnt to walk with God there.
We must raise in steps, we learn and grow,
To know about God we must spend time where God is spoken about.
God never let any of Samuels messages fall to the ground because Samuel spoke God's words.
If you want to know who sent who you must listen to what who says about what who has sent them to say,
To know who sent who you must just listen to who says what,
God does not give the spirit with any measuring device but gives fully to all regardless of age, gender or position.
God has given us what we need to do the job,
The job will not do itself, we must STEP UP,
God finds you ordinary and makes you extraordinary,
STEP UP to what God has called you to become.
Others were trying to hide the truth but God exposed them through what He has created.
God eliminates doubts and excuses of not knowing Him by things He has created.
God has created things that no man can replicate to prove that the is a divine being behind creation.
The things we see must make us see God,
Are you looking for God, see Him in what He has created.
What we see is temporary, limited and uncertain,
What we do not see is permanent, unlimited and certain,
Focus right by focusing on what you do not see.
Your heart follows your treasure,
We must not invest on earth but in heaven,
We can easily lose earthly things but can never lose heavenly things.
Paul says the threats to his life matters a little,
But what matters most to him is:

What matters most to you.
Never loose sight of Jesus,
Keep sight not matter what,
Stay focused.
Challenges do not mean you are off the race, you are still in the race,
Challenges are just there to derail you.
Another role of the Holy Spirit is to tell a fault, criticise or rebuke gently and kind heartedly,
The Holy SPirit points out the world's wrong of sin, righteousness and judgement.
Sin of not trusting, relying and awareness of Him.
The world must know that sin leads to death, right leaving is possible and the certainty of judgement.
Jesus opened the eyes of understanding for the disciples to know what must be done,
Then He gave them an assignment to preach availability of a total life change through repentance and forgiveness of sins,
They must witness what they have seen in Jesus life, tell a story from personal knowledge,
The Holy Spirit is their license to operate.
The Holy Spirit will tell us about Jesus and we will tell others about Jesus,
We are empowered to empower,
Empowerment is not about the empowered but the one who empowers,
It is all about Jesus and not us.
You have the anointing without a doubt,
The anointing teaches all this,
The ministry of the word falls under the same anointing but the Holy Spirit remains the best teacher,
The anointing remains in us and we must remain in Him.
The Holy Spirit is upon us to know the truth,
To know is being sure, aware or understand,
Just knowing is not power but doing something with what we know is powerful,
The Holy Spirit will keep from deception with the truth.
The Holy Spirit is here to teach us and remind us what Jesus told us,
Teaching precedes remembering,
We can only remember what we have learnt,
The key is teaching, remembering and doing which make a difference.
The Helper is here to help us forever,
The Helper is not here to help seasonally or occasionally but always,
The Helper will help us know who Jesus really is.
The Helper will lead us into God's purpose for our lives,
Jesus showed His concern for the disciples and promised to make an intercessory prayer,
The prayer was for the Father to send another Helper to be with them forever,
The prayer was done and the answer came on the Day of Pentecost, today we are living in the answer.
The answer brought us help forever, WE HAVE HELP FOREVER.
The Holy Spirit language is groanings that cannot be expressed in words.
Groanings are an expressive cry with long and low, deep sounds.
When we speak in tongues we do not speak to man but speak to God.
Praying in the Spirit improves our spirituality and builds up our faith.
Jesus was baptized with water and the Holy Spirit before doing work for God,
We need baptism before we do work for God,
The first point is accepting Jesus into our lives and then we will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Baptism with the Holy Spirit must precede our service.
Do His word and He will do what He has promised,
If we do our best, God will do the rest,
Aspirations are achieved when we do our best,
For things to happen we must do our best!
The enemy has a plan to kill, steal and destroy and Jesus has a plan to give life and life abundantly.
Abundant life will overthrow killing, stealing and destroying,
Jesus plan will overthrow the enemies plan,
Life will overcome death.
After they heard the message about Jesus they asked themselves what shall we do to Catch The Wind Of The Holy Spirit?
Peter said repent, be baptised in Jesus name for remission of sins and then you will Catch The Wind Of The Holy Spirit.
There is no years of Christian experience required, only believe.
Believe in Jesus and Catch The Wind Of The Holy Spirit.
There were believers who are also followers of Jesus but did not know there was a Holy Spirit,
They were not doing what they are supposed to do,
They had to Catch The Wind Of The Holy Spirit and began to do what they are supposed to do,
God's patience is fast enough, God has the ability to wait,
We must have the ability to wait because God want us to take the Gospel to many more people,
If God is patient with people, we must also be patient with people,
We must stay calm despite difficulties.
We must have revelation that God treats everyone the same,
The key is the fear of God and doing what is right,
It does not matter your colour, race or background, salvation is open wide for everyone,
There is no one more important than others before God.
The race is not only for the fastest, even the slow will reach the finish line,
The battle is not only for the strong, even the weak stand to win,
Favor is not only for the wise, even the despised can make it in life,
Wealth is not only for the smart, even the less intelligent can be wealthy,
People can differ in their capabilities but what makes all people similar is that time and chance happen to them all!
Hannah had a lack and used what she had to get what she did not have,
Hannah did not have children but had prayer, she prayed and had what she did not have,
Hannah chose to express her faith in God while awaiting the answer to her prayers,
Keep on doing good it is just a matter of time that your reach your moment of harvest.
Elijah had a promise and expressed his faith in God,
He sowed, spoke and prayed about it but it was just awaiting a moment,
There is a moment that came were all that she expressed faith for eventually came,
Keep on sowing, speaking and praying there is a moment that it is awaiting to happen.
Keep on believing, speak and pray the moment is coming.
Daniel's heart was set on understanding and he was humble from day 1,
God saw his heart from day 1 and responded to Daniel's prayers,
God saw the heart first and then responded to words,
Daniel said prayers he could not see and received answers he could see,
Daniel was faithful until the end, he was in prayer and fasting for 21 days and the angel was delayed 21 days, he would have missed his answer if he gave up.
David was upset because those who where supposed to encourage him were talking about stoning him,
Those who were supposed to encourage him were sad and upset because they blamed him for their loss,
But David encouraged himself in the Lord His God,
When we do not get encouragement from other is not time to give up, it is time to encourage ourselves.
Paul & Barnabas strengthened and encouraged the disciples to continue in the faith,
The race of faith requires faith,
Fair keeps us going and fear gets us stuck,
It is a necessity to pass through troubles to the Kingdom of God,
Troubles are a way to the Kingdom of God, before triumph is trials, lack for provision, sickness for healing and etc.
Jews and Judaism converts were encouraged and chose to follow Christianity,
Once people were encouraged, they chose to follow their encouragers,
You cannot stand the presence of a discourager but you can have an encourager anytime of day,
Encouragement is not an end to itself but a continuous process,
They encouraged them to relocate from works to keeping on living in the grace of God.
After reading the Old Testament they invited the guest to say a word of encouragement,
If we do not have a message of encouragement we must not speak,
The message of encouragement keeps others going and vice versa with the message of discouragement.
The read the written word but needed the revealed word to keep going.
Barnabas was encourage to go to Antioch,
When he got there he saw the grace of God, was glad and encouraged others,
A glad heart is an encouraging heart,
He encourage them to stay committed to the Lord,
The disciples were called Christians when they continued with the Lord decisively.
Jesus gave them the promise but did not mention what will happen between the promise and fulfilment,
When they boat was at harbor there was not difficulty or opposition,
The moment they began to make progress there was tossing by waves and a wind against them,
The disciples did not jump out of the boat, they sailed through the storm,
When you come across challenges do not jump out of the boat, sail through the storm your destination is on the other side.
Sometimes life might feel like you are in a pit, covered by stones and water going over your head,
But do not say it is all over because God has not said so,
You were just succumbing to pressure from your enemies to give up,
Do not give up, ask God to get you out of the wrong situation,
When you call on God, He will answer and say "It's going to be alright."
God will deliver you no matter the difficulty or opposition!
Pray at all times on all occasions and don't give up,
It is human nature to give up due to difficulty & opposition,
Persistence always pays off,
If we give up we will not achieve anything,
We must finish what we start to achieve something in life.
God has set the right time for everything including what you have been praying about,
What are you thinking about? He has set the right time for it also.
God is famous for great & unsearchable acts, and there is no end to His surprises! He has set the right time for your surprise!
He has set the right time for everything because everything is from Him, must live through Him and for Him.
From, through and for GOD!
When we are going uphill we must have a technique, be strong, courageous and not give up,
When we start going downhill we have still have the responsibility to be careful,
Draw strength from the promises of God and don't give up,
Focus on the Word of God and not your circumstances.
Giving up is not an option.
We must allow the process of time and don't give up in the process of time,
The process of time is a critical season and many give up,
Keep on going to church, giving, praying and etc in the process of time,
What you give up on becomes available for those who have made up their mind not to give up.
Many fear due to past mistakes or failures,
But God is doing a new thing, let Him take control,
Moses had many excuses due to fear caused by past mistakes but Joseph trusted God completely,
Prison was not Joseph's destination and God saw him throughout to fulfill his dreams.
The disciples decided to sleep during the time of prayer but that did not stop Jesus from praying,
What Jesus was facing could not allow Him to sleep,
We must pray instead of worrying, worry stops trust,
We have the will and power to pray,
Even faith as small as a mustard seed must be put to use, no excuses!
We must not keep any anxiety to ourselves but put it all in God's hands because He cares for us,
We must do thing's God way because God is trust worthy, that's it and full stop.
The Hebrew boys denied the king's offer to give up on their God and chose to keep God's Way and they were delivered,
David chose the name of God instead of the armor and a sword which others depended on.
Doing it God's way is victory guaranteed.
A woman who had suffered for 12 years with doctor's consultations, spent all she depended on but actually became worse,
Until she was on the edge, the point where something very different or noticeable happens, reached the outside limit of her issue, has advantage over others.
When she got to the hem of her situation, she decided to touch the hem of Jesus clothes.
We must realise that we are on the edge, hem, border, fringe, margin of our lives.
Jeremiah was sent to the potter's house to get revelation of the word of God,
It is the Rhema"revealed" word that impacts and changes lives not the Logos"wriiten" word,
The clay got ruined in the potter's hands not the potter ruined the clay,
The potter did not throw away the clay but made it over again,
If we do not turn out as God has expected, He will not throw us away, but MAKE US OVER AGAIN!
Naaman was a captain, rich, respected and a mighty warrior but had leprosy,
The only problem that stood between him and his healing was arrogance due to popularity,
Only until he cooperated with the Word of God by dipping 7times he was healed 7times, perfect and complete,
He came for physical healing but left with spiritual healing also, he was healed from the inside out.
Jesus is the Light of the world, the light of life is in Him, His light gives sight to both that are physically and spiritually blind,
He spat on the ground and made paste and pasted it on the blind man and said, Go and wash at the pool of Siloam[Sent],
The blind man was sent and he went and washed and he saw,
He cooperated fully with the word of God. He put his faith to work.
Jehoshaphat was up against three kingdoms with a great army and prayed to God for a strategy to be victorious,
When he prayed there was an answer that said you will not need to fight, position yourself, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord,
I can imagine what was going on in the minds, HOW WILL THIS BE?
Every time God says something, we ask ourselves questions because He said what only God can do,
All we need to do is to cooperate with the Word of God to be victorious.
Many times when we receive a Word from God we start asking ourselves questions like "How will this be?",
Maybe you are also asking yourself the same question,
The answer is simple, NO WORD FROM GOD WILL EVER FAIL!
If God has said it, it will happen.
Hold on to the word, fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith.
Jesus laid a clear instruction for the paralytic and the paralytic cooperated with the instruction for a miracle to happen,
Jesus saw the faith of the paralytic and his 4 friends,
They did the unusual to experience the unusual,
Faith that works is faith that has been put to action,
It is doing something that makes a difference, doing nothing does not make a difference.
Act on faith to see results.
God is scanning the whole world looking for people like you,
God wants to strengthen you, support you and use you for His glory,
When we are with God we are undefeated but when we turn from Him we will be defeated,
Asa decided to trust in man other than God and that was his downfall,
Joshua never stopped trusting God and lived a successful life,
Finish right like Joshua and not wrong like Asa.
God gave out of love but the love He gave must be received,
It is not knowing about Jesus that saves, it is actually believing in Him and accepting Him as Lord and Savior that saves,
Love is action,
It is doing something that makes a difference,
Our lives will be changed once we experience, meet and come into contact with the love of God.
Our position will determine if we will overcome or be overcome,
If we stay, reside, live and are located in the Word is a sign of true discipleship and we will know the truth and the truth will set us free,
Jesus is the true source of freedom,
Satan is the source of lies,
Lies mission is to kill our dreams but the mission of the truth is to keep our dreams alive.
Caleb means faithful, devoted, bold, brave and fully committed to God,
Caleb was an overcomer and overcame all his life, even at 85yrs old he had the same strength as he had in his youth,
His strength was not due to weight lifting or running marathons, it was due to the Word of God he had hidden in his heart,
Faith is generated by the word of God,
We need faith to walk with God because without faith we cannot please God.
We must hear the word, believe the and do the word,
Hearing, believing and doing is keeping our guard up,
DONT LET YOUR GUARD DOWN by just hearing, not believing and not doing the word of God,
Keep the word in your mouth, mind and action,
Be careful where you walk, stand and sit.
We are created to overcome and not to be overcome,
We can either overcome or be overcome,
Before men believed the enemy's lies they were successful and enjoyed everything that God had freely given them.
The enemy''s plan is to overcome people to doubt the word of God, not believe the word of God and not do the word of God,
We can overcome the enemy by hearing the word of God, believing the word of God and doing the Word of God.
God formed us and breathed His Spirit into us to be like Him and in His image,
He is referring to our spirit man to be in His likeness and image not our bodies,
God has created us and breathed His Spirit in us to live in a relationship with Him,
It is God who made us and our life is from Him.
The Apostle Paul made a great discovery that he has an outer man and an inner man,
The outer man grows older and weak but the inner man is made brand new everyday,
The outer man is transport for the inner man,
We are spirit, we possess a soul and live in a body,
The decision we make when we are alive will determine where our inner man will spend his eternity.
Believe in Jesus and have eternal life and if we reject Jesus our inner man gets eternal death.
The Apostle Paul prayed for the Ephesians church to know the power that raised Jesus, this prayer is meant for the present day church also,
The church must know the power that raised Jesus and the lost must know that there is power hovering and waiting to perform a miracle in their lives, to give bring them back to life,
Resurrection Sunday can only be meaningful and impactful when we know what happened and what we must do with what happened, Resurrection is regeneration, restoration, re-vitalisation...
The power of God did not leave Jesus at the worst place, the Holy Spirit took Jesus from the worst place to the best,
The Holy Spirit will not leave you at the worst place, He will deliver you.
What happened in Egypt was the institution of the Passover, and the lamb whose blood was applied on the lintel and doorposts was a shadow of Jesus Christ,
Passover means exemption, indemnity or impunity,
To apply is to use, exercise, carry out or to practice,
Israelites had to carry out what God had said in order to be safe,
This mainly illustrates that when we hear the word we must put it to use to be effective.
To validate is to check the accuracy of what we are doing,
A gift is something that we receive without a payment,
We have the responsibility to ensure alignment with the word of God when we operate in gifts of the Holy Spirit,
The gifts are meant to build up and not to destroy,
The Holy Spirit help us to be stay consistent and be objective and not subjective.
To impact is to effect change in someone,
Jesus received the Holy Spirit and had a clear cut purpose,
We need the Holy Spirit to impact society with our God given assignments,
Jesus began His ministry at 30yrs of age, you are never too late to start, it starts with salvation and baptism with water and the Holy Spirit,
We receive the Holy Spirit to work in harmony, unity and in one purpose with the Trinity of God.
We have come with all we need to succeed on planet earth,
Anyone who does not want to do something they have endless excuses, but those who have decided to to something find no excuses,
On the other side where only God knew us we could not do anything, but now that we are on planet earth we can surely do something,
God does not expect us to do anything with what we do not have, but if we have something we must do something.
Work in progress is an unfinished project that is still being added to or being developed,
We must realize that we are still work in progress still to be completed,
The worst mistake is impatience and get out when we were about to be completed,
Everything that is completed today was once work in progress,
Let God finish with you and you will be surprised.
When we are Facing Crossroads it is a point in life where a decision must be made because we cannot go both directions at the same time.
We can either go to the right or left, choose good or evil, go up Jesus road or go down our own road,
To make the right decisions in life we must be at the right state of mind.
Before the lost son had to find himself before he could find the Father.
A crossroad is a place where two or more roads meet,
A crossroad is a place where a crucial decision must be made which has far reaching consequences,
Your decision has a great influence and affect a great number of things,
Many makes mistakes at the crossroads, they can either be repairable or beyond repair.
You can either choose right or wrong, follow Jesus or not, good over evil, success or failure.
To follow is to go along, go after, imitate, mirror or to echo someone,
Jesus was telling the unbelieving Jews that His followers do what He does,
The echo of sound will never be different from the original sound,
The Good Shepherd knows where we are going and what we must do.
God knows where we must go and what we must do,
It is our responsibility to consult God, the led must consult the Leader,
We must not be in a hurry and go ahead of God,
It does not matter how fast your car is, slow down and get behind God.
Let God lead the way.

If we are ready to be led we must be prepared to follow,
The best journey in life is a journey with God, and the worst journey in life is a journey without God,
Do not be so much in a hurry and go before God,

Once God has made a promise, we must wait the right way for the fulfillment of the promise,
After God gave Elijah a promise, he went up to Mt Carmel to pray and the promise was fulfilled.
After Jesus gave the disciples a promise, they went up to the upper room to pray and the promise was fulfilled.
To commission is to give an instruction, command or a role to a person or group.
Jesus gave an instruction to His disciples to go and make disciples of all nations.
Jesus gave them what to do and how to do it,
Disciples are made by teaching them to follow Jesus who is the source of life, mark them with baptism under the authority of the Godhead and observe His word.
Before Jesus ascended to heaven, He made sure that there is someone who must continue from where He left off,
That is me and you, in order to do more we need authorization and that is the anointing to do more from where Jesus left off.
Jesus has authorized us to do more, the anointing does more for us to do more.
