Runaway was inspired by a nest woven by Stefanie Robinson from a piece of rope washed up on the Newport breakwater, and the artist's wondering about how the rope found its way there. For me it's a demo, and the raw material for a more developed recording. (The instrumental section, a layering of four guitar parts recorded one after the other on the same guitar and amp, is probably my favourite thing I have ever recorded.)
