In today’s episode we have a special guest, Ricardo Allen. Ricardo was a 3 star athlete out of Daytona Beach, FL who didn’t start playing football until his freshman year of high school.

He was able to turn what most would consider a “late” start into a successful career at Purdue University which also led to being drafted by the Atlanta Falcons and he’s currently a member of the Cincinnati Bengals.

In this episode Rico discusses the importance of knowing yourself and having confidence in your abilities, as well as, how to use obsession to your advantage.

He also details what it took for him to actually get recruited to play football and it’s not what you think!
