Whether work or daily life, here are some tips that might help you to feel more organised: 1. Take your task out of your head and CLEAR YOUR MIND, writing them down - try a paper diary, tabletop weekly 'to do' list in a visible place (mine is in the kitchen!), or try the Google Keep app - the result is a clear, relaxed mind because you're not trying to remember what's next continuously 2. ACCEPT what you can't manage, LET THE WORRY GO - the result is a clear focus on the tasks you do need to do, you can be present in the moment instead of worrying. Use the Eisenhower matrix to help remove unnecessary tasks, collaborate or delegate them. Try writing your 'to do' list in his 4x4 matrix - I quite like doing that! 4. WORK WITH OTHERS and have coffee with friends; chat about your life and work, and accept help from them in the form of ideas or collaboration. It makes the tedious, organising of life more enjoyable! 5. AMPLE SLEEP 6. FOREGIVE YOURSELF IF YOU CAN'T DO IT ALL, relax and enjoy the present moment and do what you can, be in the zone with the task at hand
