One of us loves comic books. Both of us love movies. Each episode we talk about new blockbusters or review old ones: anything from Marvel to DC, Star Wars to Star Trek.... you get the idea.
Let's discuss all the announcements and footage from DC FanDome, but most importantly, we need to talk about THE BATMAN! Also, Netflix gave us a super powered original film with Project Power, starring Jamie Foxx and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, which we break down on this episode.
We're finally unleashing Evan's Bond fandom on the world... you've been warned! We'll be looking at one film from each actor who played 007 in chronological order, and Evan's pick from the Connery era is From Russia With Love!

With all the movie releases getting pushed back, there will be lots of Unmasked from the Past in the future, and in this episode we can continue our look back at Batman films with 2005's Batman Begins.
Well, we eventually had to talk about it. Considered to be the worst Batman movie, and one of the worst superhero films of all time, Batman & Robin was the fourth and final installment of the series that began with Tim Burton's Batman in 1989. We discuss what went wrong, and what redeeming qualities the film may have.

Robots fight monsters in Pacific Rim: Uprising. The Iron Giant is a robot, and he fights a lot of things in Ready Player One, an adaptation of the bestselling 2011 novel of the same name. Deadpool 2 is called.... Deadpool 2? The Deadpool animated series on FX will not have a sequel as it no longer exists. In our first double feature episode, we have an adaptation of an unfilmable novel, and the film reinvention of a video game icon. The Super Bowl hit us with a ton of trailers, including our first look at Solo: A Star Wars Story, and a surprise release of The Cloverfield Paradox! This shocking announcement forced us to call an audible and push Green Lantern to a future episode. Sorry Hal Jordan! The Cloverfield Paradox attempts to explain the mysteries of the Cloververse, while we dig into the mystery of the film's release on Netflix instead of the originally planned theatrical release.
