2: Learning content Learning content creators are exploring the possibility of content operations and structured content. Several podcast guests discussed this, including Phylise Banner who unpacked the rise of the learning content ecosystem, and Chris Hill who talked about how reuse eliminates redundant learning content.

3: Replatforming content management systemsWe published two case studies showcasing our team’s work in replatforming clients into new component content management systems (CCMSs). We replatformed an early DITA implementation and collaborated with a client’s team of in-house technical experts for a replatforming project.

Our team also shared insights on how you can use a replatforming project to minimize technical debt.

4: AI in content operationsMany guests and Scriptorium team members shared questions, cautions, and guidance for integrating AI into your content operations:

We experimented with using AI tools to support the translation of a German podcast, Strategien für KI in der technischen Dokumentation, featuring Sebastian Göttel of Quanos. The podcast was recorded in German and recreated in English using AI tools and human review.
