Recipes 1: Banana and Blueberry porridge,
Oats 40g,
half of a medium-size Banana
Blueberry 30g,
Sunflower seeds 25g
(Your choice of nuts) I use pecan nuts 25g
Then add 100 mL of water and 100 mL of your choice with milk.
Microwave for 2 minutes.
Take out stir then add your choice of protein powder 1 scoop. I’m currently using the butterscotch vegan protein powder from Peak supp - https://peaksupps.co.uk/products/vegan-protein?variant=31251579011135
Add more water or milk if consistency is a bit sticky.
Then put back into the microwave for a further one minute. Afterwards, leave to stand for one minute
Add some cinnamon and a touch of sea salt and enjoy.
Recipes 2: Pumpkin porridge
Oats 40g,
Pumpkin seeds 25g
(Your choice of nuts) I use pecan nuts 25g
Pumpkin purée 50g
Prunes 30g
Then add 100 mL of water and 100 mL of your choice with milk.
Microwave for 2 minutes.
Take out stir then add your choice of protein powder 1 scoop. I’m currently using collagen protein powder and I use 2 scoops from Peak supp - https://peaksupps.co.uk/products/hydrolysed-collagen-protein-powder?variant=13704164180031
