As we close this day today on the first day of the season of Lent, let us bring to mind the great sacrifice that the Sacred Heart of Jesus endured for our sin. Also, having recognized our sinfulness and our need to be forgiven in order to remain in communion to Christ our Lord, let us resolve to repent of our sins daily.
